For Builders
Every Home Knows Itself
A pilot program for builders: every home you hand over already knows itself — we capture the record, install, and support the homeowner.
Every home comes with Charyl
A homeowner feature that's already built in, out of the box.
Fewer "how do I…" calls
Questions about the house go to Charyl first, not to you.
A home that remembers itself
Knowing its own history, from day one, feels like a premium touch.
Zero work for you
We capture the record, install, and support the homeowner — you lift a finger for none of it.
“Welcome home. Your Sub-Zero’s five-year warranty runs through September 2030 — would you like me to remind you about the filter change in October?”
Illustrative — the moment we design for, not a recording.
How it works
-
We capture from your spec sheets
We turn your build specs and product selections into the home's first records, before the homeowner ever logs in. -
We install and support
Setup is ours to handle, with support continuing through the first year. -
Year one is included
The subscription rides with the home for its first year — the homeowner decides how to continue at month 13.
Where this stands today
Questions from builders
What is the Charyl builder program?
A pilot: every home you build comes with Charyl already knowing it, at closing — with nothing extra for your team to do.
What does my team have to do?
Nothing beyond the spec sheets and documents you already produce — we handle the capture, the install, and supporting the homeowner ourselves.
What does the homebuyer get at closing?
A home whose appliances, warranties, and manuals Charyl already knows — plus twelve months of her subscription included, before the homeowner decides on their own.
What does it cost the builder?
A one-time setup fee per home, quoted per project — we contract with your company directly.
What happens after the first year?
The homeowner decides — if they continue, it's their own Charyl Cloud subscription, and you're never billed for it.
Is the program available now?
It's in pilot — we're beginning with a small number of builders rather than opening broadly. The form on /builders is where that starts.
Do you integrate with our systems?
Not yet — today the handoff is a hands-on service our team performs from the documents you already produce. Direct integration is on our roadmap.
What do we tell buyers about privacy?
The same six sentences we stand behind everywhere: she proposes and the owner approves, the home runs without her, and backups leave the house already encrypted.
How do we get in touch?
The inquiry form at /builders — your company, market, and build volume. There's no other back channel to route around it.
