What is the Charyl builder program?
A pilot: every home you build comes with Charyl already knowing it, at closing — with nothing extra for your team to do.
It’s a pilot program: we’re beginning with a small number of builders, not opening broadly. The offer is straightforward — every home built through the program includes Charyl, already knowing that specific house, from the day the buyer moves in.
That has a couple of practical effects. Buyers ask Charyl instead of calling your office to find a warranty document or a manual. And a home that already knows its own history — its appliances, its warranties, its maintenance record — feels like a different tier of product at handoff.
Nothing about this asks anything extra of your team. We build the home’s record from the spec sheets and documents you already produce, we install, and we support the homeowner directly afterward.
Since it’s a pilot, there isn’t a large program to point to yet, and there’s no builder-specific software today — the handoff is a hands-on service our team performs. See How the builder program works for the full picture, or What does my team have to do? for the short version.
