- Include what you're trying to do, not just what broke.
- Say which path you’re on — early access, self-host, or builder.
- Screenshots help — leave personal details out of them.
- One question per thread keeps answers easy to find later.

Type /bug followed by a description, or /request followed by an idea, into any Charyl chat — it opens a consent card that shows exactly what will be sent, a short recent-conversation excerpt and version details, before you tap Send.
On a home that isn’t connected to Charyl Cloud, it offers copy-to-clipboard or a file instead.
