How do I report a bug or request a feature from inside Charyl?
Type /bug or /request in chat — she shows you exactly what will be sent before anything leaves your home.
Type /bug followed by what went wrong, or /request followed by what you’d like to see, directly in the chat composer. Both are recognized instantly, before the message ever reaches Charyl’s reasoning — filing a report doesn’t use up any of her thinking budget, which matters most exactly when something’s already gone wrong.
Before anything sends, she opens a consent card showing exactly what’s included: your report, recent chat context, and basic version information. You have to tap Send yourself — nothing goes out automatically.
If your box isn’t connected to Charyl Cloud, she won’t try to upload anything at all. Instead she offers to copy the report to your clipboard or save it as a file, so you can send it however you’d like. Feedback also isn’t held back by a lapsed subscription — it goes through normally either way.
A bare /bug with no details isn’t an error — she’ll ask what happened and use your next message as the report.
