Updates

We’ve updated the Trust page and our privacy answers alongside the privacy policy on singer-homes.com.

When Charyl uses a cloud AI, your request isn’t tied to your account, but what it carries goes with it — a record she looks up, say, or a floor plan you import — and that can include a name or address. Our earlier wording promised a little more than that, so we’ve changed it.

We also now explain what happens to a floor plan you import: the page is sent to Charyl Cloud to be read and kept there for up to 30 days, and what was read from it stays with your import. The details are in what happens to my data when Charyl uses a cloud AI?

The first version of charyl.net is live: a searchable FAQ, guides organized by series, the Trust page, a dedicated Builders section, and the community board.

Every answer here carries a verified date and a status pill, and nothing on the site implies a capability Charyl doesn’t have yet. As she gains capabilities, this changelog is where that shows up first.
