What does my team have to do?

Nothing beyond the spec sheets and documents you already produce — we handle the capture, the install, and supporting the homeowner ourselves.

As little as possible, by design. We build each home’s record from the spec sheets, appliance schedules, and warranty documents your team already produces for the build — nothing new to fill out, and no extra step added to your process.

From there, we handle the installation ourselves, and we support the homeowner directly after closing. If a buyer has a question about how Charyl works, they come to us, not your sales or warranty desk.

Today, that handoff is a hands-on service performed by our team, not an automated pipeline — so the one thing that does help is getting us your documents in whatever form you already keep them, early enough in the build to work from. A dedicated way to pull that information directly from the systems you use is on our roadmap, but isn’t something we’re asking your team to adopt yet.

See Do you integrate with our systems? for where that’s headed.
