Do you integrate with our systems?

Not yet. There’s no automated connection today between our systems and whatever you use to manage a build — no bulk import, no plug-in, no shared dashboard.

What exists instead is a hands-on service: our team works directly from the spec sheets, appliance schedules, and warranty documents you already produce, and builds each home’s record from those. It asks nothing of your systems, but it also doesn’t reach into them automatically.

A more direct path — pulling documentation straight from the tools your team already uses during construction, rather than us working from files you send over — is on our roadmap. So is a version of the handoff that carries your own branding alongside ours, and reporting your team could use after closing. None of that is built yet; we’re naming it here so the honest answer is “planned,” not “coming soon” with no substance behind it.
