What does it cost the builder?

A one-time setup fee, per home, quoted per project rather than published as a flat rate — the work involved varies enough by build (how many appliances, how the documentation comes to us, how many homes at once) that a single number wouldn’t be honest across every project.

We contract with your company directly; terms are per project.

That one-time fee covers the setup described in What does my team have to do? — capturing the home’s record and installing Charyl. It doesn’t cover what happens after closing: the first year of the homeowner’s subscription is included separately as part of the program, and after that, it becomes the homeowner’s own subscription to continue or not.
