How do I log maintenance or a repair?

Tell her what happened in a sentence — she drafts a maintenance record for you to approve.

Something as plain as “I had the furnace serviced today by Acme Heating” is enough. Charyl pulls that into a maintenance-record proposal — what was done, when, and by whom — attached to the right asset, and waits for your approval before it becomes part of your home’s history. This path is for logging new work; editing or deleting a past record stays in the regular maintenance screen rather than chat.

Once something is logged, Charyl also watches it going forward: ask how your home is doing overall, and she’ll surface anything overdue first, followed by what’s coming up. You don’t have to keep a separate list — the record you’ve built by talking to her is the list.
