How do I approve or reject what Charyl drafts?

Review the card in chat or your proposal inbox, then approve or reject with a tap — nothing is real before that.

Review the card in chat or your proposal inbox, then approve or reject with a tap — nothing is real before that.

  1. Find the proposal

It appears right in the conversation as a card, and also collects in one place — the proposal review inbox in the web app, or the Proposals tab under Charyl on mobile.

  2. Review what's on it

Check the details Charyl filled in — an asset’s name and category, a warranty’s terms, a maintenance note, a new Home Record. Edit anything that isn’t quite right.

  3. Approve or reject

Approving writes the change to your home’s record. Rejecting discards it — nothing lingers half-applied.

This flow covers inventory, warranties, maintenance, rooms, Home Records, and service providers — anything that changes what your home’s record says. Device actions, like turning off a light, work a little differently: they use a quicker one-tap confirmation instead of a full proposal card, since the action itself is small and immediate rather than a lasting change to a record. See why Charyl asks you to confirm device actions for that path.
