How does Charyl track warranties?

She links warranty terms to your appliances, can look coverage up for you, and can tell you what's expiring soon.

She links warranty terms to your appliances, can look coverage up for you, and can tell you what’s expiring soon.

Once an appliance is in your record, Charyl can look up its warranty terms — length, what’s covered, and where to register it — from Singer Intelligent Homes’ researched knowledge. When she’s confident in what she found, she drafts it as a proposal for you to approve; when she’s less sure, she’ll just tell you what she found and let you decide, rather than writing it in as fact. You can also ask her directly, at any time, what’s expiring soon across everything you own.

A forward-looking view

“What’s expiring soon” is exactly that — a forward-looking window. If a warranty has already lapsed rather than merely approaching its end, ask her about that specific item directly instead of expecting it to surface in the expiring-soon list.

Maintenance is tracked the same honest way it’s logged — see how do I log maintenance — and overdue items do surface proactively when you ask how your home is doing overall.
