If nothing fits and your subscription includes it, she searches a researched business directory near you and shows a handful of real options, with more available if the first batch doesn’t have what you need. If neither turns anything up, she’ll offer a plain map search instead of leaving you with nothing.

If you’ve already got someone you use — “John’s HVAC, and here’s the number” — just tell her, and she’ll propose adding them to your file so the next search starts with your own people first. The same works if you pick someone out of a set of results she’s already shown you.

Every provider she proposes is a draft until you approve it, same as anything else she adds to your home’s record.
