Anything about what’s in your home, what it needs, and — where you’ve connected devices — the lights, switches, and fans. Charyl answers from your home’s own records, not a generic script, so the more you’ve told her, the more specific she can be.

A few things people actually ask her:

• “What do I own in the kitchen?”
• “Do I have a dishwasher? I don’t remember what I called it.”
• “What’s expiring soon on my warranties?”
• “How’s my home doing overall — anything I should deal with?”
• “What does error code F02 mean on my washer?”
• “I had the furnace serviced today by Acme Heating.”
• “What maintenance is overdue?”
• “What’s my hurricane deductible?”
• “Turn off the living room lights.”

• “What was the average kitchen temperature today?”

Some of these draft a proposal for you to approve before anything changes; others — like checking a device’s state or asking about a warranty — just answer directly. The one thing every version has in common: she’s grounded in your actual home, and she’ll say so plainly when she doesn’t have enough to go on.
