Say “remember that I prefer temperatures in Celsius” and it sticks, outlasting the current conversation. Ask her to forget something and she will — unless what you’ve described matches too many stored facts at once, in which case she’ll ask you to be more specific rather than guess and delete the wrong thing. There’s no single command that wipes everything at once; forgetting is always about a specific fact.

A couple of built-in guardrails are worth knowing about. Charyl won’t store a secret — a password, an alarm code, anything like that — even if you ask her to remember it. And she won’t turn something she picked up from outside content in the same turn, like a web result or a document she just read, into a memory, so a poisoned page or file can’t quietly plant a false fact about you. Facts about your assets, rooms, or warranties don’t live in memory at all — those go into your home’s actual record through the usual proposal flow, so memory never becomes a second, unaudited copy of your home.
