How do I correct something Charyl got wrong?

Just tell her in chat what's wrong — for a saved record she drafts a fix, for a memory say 'forget', for an unsaved proposal reject it.

The fastest fix is almost always to just tell her, in plain language, what’s wrong. “The expiration date you pulled for my policy is wrong, it should be March” is enough — she drafts the correction and waits for your one-tap confirmation before anything changes. The same works for an asset’s details or a Home Record’s metadata.

If she hasn’t saved anything yet — she’s drafted a proposal card you haven’t acted on — you can simply reject it instead of correcting it after the fact. A rejected proposal never touches your home’s record.

If the mistake is something she remembered about you rather than something in your inventory, ask her to forget it. She’ll act on a specific, well-described fact; a vague request that could match too many things is declined rather than guessed at, so it helps to be precise about what you want forgotten.

Private records are the one exception — she can’t read them to correct them, only see that they exist. You’d update those directly.
