How do I suggest a correction?

Post it on the community board, or use /bug inside Charyl if it's about something the product itself does.

If it’s about something written here — an answer that’s out of date, a guide that no longer matches what you’re seeing, a broken link — the community board is the right place. Posts there are visible to anyone, which tends to help: if you spotted something wrong, you’re probably not the only one who’ll notice it.

If it’s about the product itself rather than this site’s description of it — something Charyl actually got wrong, or a change you’d like to see in how she or the app behaves — use /bug or /request in the chat composer instead. That goes directly to us, with a consent card showing exactly what’s being sent before it leaves your home. See How do I report a bug or request a feature from inside Charyl?

Either path works. When in doubt, the community board is the lower-friction option, since it doesn’t require you to be at your home’s own box.
