How do I cancel?
From Settings → Cloud, or the Charyl Cloud customer portal. Cancelling defers to the end of the current calendar month, and you can undo it any time before then.

Changed your mind? “Keep subscription” undoes a pending cancellation any time before the cutoff arrives. And cancelling never touches your home or its data — only the subscription entitlement ends; the box, its record of your home, and everything you’ve built stay exactly where they are.
No charge during early access
Billing runs in a test mode for our invited cohort right now — no one is being charged. We’ll publish the exact steps and any billing specifics when Charyl Cloud opens more broadly.
