Which AI company does Charyl use?

We don't name a vendor in the product's ordinary copy — the current provider is named where it actually matters: the app's first-use notice and our privacy policy.

On purpose, we don’t say — not here, and not anywhere in Charyl’s ordinary conversation or the app around her. We refer to it as “our AI provider,” deliberately, so that commitment doesn’t change if the provider ever does.

The name isn’t secret, though. It’s disclosed where it actually matters for consent: the app’s first-use notice, and our privacy policy at singer-homes.com.

Every provider we route your data through, named or not, has to clear the same bar first: we hold every AI vendor to a written privacy checklist before we’ll let your data reach them.

Why vendor-neutral

Naming a specific AI company in our everyday copy would make that name part of the promise. We’d rather the promise — how a request is handled — stay true no matter who’s behind it.

See our privacy policy and terms for where the current provider is actually named.
