Singer Intelligent Homes is pre-launch. That means the software genuinely runs and genuinely works — it isn’t a mockup or a waitlist page with nothing behind it — but we’re opening it up gradually rather than all at once. If you’re technical and want to run Charyl yourself on a Linux server, that path is real, documented, and free — during the testing period you ask us for access to the private images, which become public at release. Everything else — a pre-set-up Singer Intelligent Homes box, the Charyl Cloud subscription, and the mobile app — is available to an invited cohort, growing as we work through a reviewed request queue.
The web app itself has no separate “coming soon” state once you’re set up: whichever way you get Charyl, you get the same Charyl.
