Is Charyl available now?

Charyl is in invited early access: the box, Charyl Cloud, and the mobile app.

Singer Intelligent Homes is pre-launch. That means the software genuinely runs and genuinely works — it isn’t a mockup or a waitlist page with nothing behind it — but we’re opening it up gradually rather than all at once. A pre-set-up Singer Intelligent Homes box, the Charyl Cloud subscription, and the mobile app are available to an invited cohort, growing as we work through a reviewed request queue.

The web app itself has no separate “coming soon” state once you’re set up.

For a fuller picture of what to expect as an early tester — rough edges included — read the early-access guide.
