How do I get the mobile app?
The app is in early access — invited iOS testers get a TestFlight invitation, and invited Android testers get a Google Play test link. There's no public store listing yet.
The mobile app is in early access, alongside the rest of Charyl — there’s no public store listing to search for yet.
If you’re invited on iOS, you’ll get a TestFlight invitation by email; accept it and TestFlight installs the app for you. If you’re invited on Android, you’ll get a Google Play test link instead: open it while signed in to the Google account your phone uses for Google Play, join the test, and install the app from Google Play. Until the public listing is ready, Google Play may show it under the name “com.singerhomes.mobile (unreviewed)” rather than “Charyl” — that’s expected, and it’s still us.
Either way, getting the app is only the first step. Once it’s installed, it needs to find your home before it’s useful — that’s a short pairing step covered in its own guide.

Charyl isn’t publicly listed on the App Store or Google Play yet. Install it only from the TestFlight invitation or the Google Play test link we send you.
Start with Request Early Access if you don’t have an invitation yet, and once your app is installed, pair your phone to your home to finish setup.
