Can other people in my household use Charyl?

Yes — an admin creates a login and role for each person; those logins stay local to your home, not Charyl Cloud.

Yes. From Settings, an admin can create a login for anyone in the household — a name, an email, a password, and a role.

Three roles: homeowner can see and propose everything, and change settings; resident can see everything and propose changes to items like an appliance or a repair, but not settings; guest can look but not propose anything. The account that first sets up the home holds the fullest role.

These logins live on your home itself — they’re not additional Charyl Cloud accounts, and Charyl Cloud never becomes aware of them. One person owns the Cloud connection for the home; everyone else’s access is entirely local to your box.

An admin can reset anyone’s password directly from that same screen, with no email link required.
